Introduction:
The Department of Political Science and International Relations is committed to training academic and professional personnel according to the standards set by the Ministry of Higher Education. Our innovative and dedicated staff focuses on meeting the needs of both the country and the region. As a key department within the Faculty of Law and Political Science, it was originally established as the Department of Administration and Diplomacy. To date, 262 academic staff members have graduated from this department and are currently serving in various governmental and non-governmental organizations.
The department continuously assesses the needs of society and students, organizing seminars and workshops aimed at enhancing student capacity through the expertise of our teachers and academic staff. In 1399, the Ministry of Higher Education restructured the department, changing its name to the Department of Political Science and International Relations and implementing a new curriculum. We remain dedicated to producing highly qualified professionals to serve the community.
