Law Department

Law Department

Introduction:

The Law Department takes pride in training academic and professional staff in line with the standards set by the Ministry of Higher Education. Our innovative and dedicated team focuses on meeting the needs of both the country and the region.

As a key division within the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences, the Law Department, originally established as the Department of Justice and Attorney, has successfully graduated 212 students across six cohorts. These graduates are now serving the community. The department is committed to addressing societal and student needs by organizing various seminars and workshops aimed at building the capacity of our students, leveraging the expertise of our faculty and other academic staff.

In 1399, the Ministry of Higher Education restructured the Department of Justice and Prosecution into the Department of Law, introducing a new curriculum to better align with the Ministry's directives. The Law Department remains steadfast in its mission to produce highly qualified professionals to serve the Afghan community.
